We Cultivate Culture

Culture is the widening of mind and spirit. As the soil, however rich it may be, cannot be productive without cultivation, so the mind without culture can never produce good fruit. Our culture is sum of all forms of love, of thoughts, of actions and of activities that are directed towards the betterment of life at Lohia.

Collective efforts to cultivate culture:

Freedom of thoughts:
Noble life demands a noble architecture for noble uses of noble men. For the articulation of this noble life, we set our teams free to follow their vision. This way we are able to generate a sense of association, which is an innate, independent, instinctual thought for the people at Lohia.

Realizing the Self:
If we have to achieve an organization of people which should be rich in culture, rich in contrasting values, we must recognize the whole of human-potentialities. For this reason, we organize workshops, training sessions and yoga classes. So that our people can identify their true potential and can direct their energies for the betterment of all.

Stretch Assignments:
It’s said that we stretch under required stress. These stretch assignments are articulated in such a manner that our people can identify their potential and completion of these assignments results in enhancement of their managerial abilities and nurture their mind and soul.

Developing a healthy competition:
We inculcate respect for the individual at all levels and the competition in the corporate world has not been able to compel us to follow any unfair means or indecent behaviour. People at Lohia respect their seniors and juniors and we have successfully created a healthy working environment that includes love and affection for all.

People can only live fully by helping others to live. When you give life to friends you truly live. We inculcate this feeling of togetherness in our team by organizing many activities like sports, to develop a team spirit.

Work-Stations:
The work-station for every individual is designed after an intense mind-storming research. We always make sure that the work place should provide maximum possible flexibility and ease of work to the person working there. Everyone is provided with all the amenities that they need, just at the reach of their hand.

Cafeteria:
Our cafeteria is not just an eating point. It’s a place one would love to be at and a place that give birth to the innovation and creativity. From the designs of plates to the weaving of chairs-everything motivates people to be comfortable in sharing their ideas and opinions. Here, the small discussions turn into business ideas. And it feels heavenly when our people come up with a Bingo!
